Update - R. Thompson's cousin

An update came in from Rachel Thompson with regards to her cousin.  "Towards the end of last week the Drs were encouraged because she was taking small steps towards recovery. Over the weekend she has started to go back downhill and is not doing well. She is still in really critical condition and needs prayer for herself but also for her family."

Prayer Request for Gloria Fredericks

We received a note today from Gloria Fredericks requesting prayer as she is in hospital with abdominal pain, and is expected to undergo exploratory surgery. Prayer for healing is appreciated.

Veena K. Request Prayer for Brother-in-law

Veena Khosla has sent in an urgent prayer request for her brother-in-law (husband to her sister) who is very sick and currently on life support in India. Please pray for the family during this time and also for Veena, who is unable to make the trip to India at this time.

Joyce Butler Passing

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Butler Family on the passing of Joyce. Joyce and her husband, Bill, were former long time members of Rock Church.

Urgent Prayer Needed

Rachel Thompson is asking for urgent prayer for her cousin who has been airlifted to St. John, NB.   She is requiring urgent medical care.  The Doctors are not hopeful - we need our Great Physician to answer our prayers.

Prayers needed

Received a call from Karen White.  She is asking that our prayer warriors pray for her friend's mother.  She has been recently diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer.

David Cherry's sister was diagnosed with cancer.  Her condition is serious.  We've been asked to hold her and her family up in prayer.

Our condolence go out to Art Murphy and his family on the passing of his father, Wes Murphy.  The funeral will be next week in Grande Prairie, Alberta.  Pray for the peace of God to be with his family during this time.

Dorothy Adams

Dorothy Adams had surgery yesterday to correct some issues that arose from her hip replacement last year.  She is currently at the QEII on the 8th floor.  Please stand in prayer for her that the surgery will be successful and that she can move forward in strength and health.
